We were given the opportunity to help plan and organize the meals for a large pastor’s conference in our city!

It was so fun to make lots of lists while we went all through the outdoor markets for multiple days to be able to find all the food! We estimated 100 people for 2 day’s worth of food. The pastors said it’ll be enough for 4 days!! God is good!

400 Pieces of chicken, 80 tomatoes, 300 eggs, 275 pounds of rice, 168 bags of spaghetti and so much more!

I sure do miss all our ministry outreach programs at our home base so being able to be a part of this was a sweet blessing!
